Is my child safe in Little Lingos online classes?
Little Lingos keeps classes safe in five ways. Every trainer has at least 2 years of experience teaching English to children and passes a background check before their first class. Classes are recorded for quality. There are no ads and no public chat. Children never create accounts. And we collect only the information we need, from a parent or guardian, which you can ask us to see, correct or delete at any time.

Who teaches my child?
Classes are led by a global team of trainers who have taught English to children for at least 2 years. Every trainer passes a background check before their first class. Groups are small, 3 to 6 children, so the trainer knows every child in the class.
Who can see the class recordings?
Classes are recorded so we can check teaching quality and so families can catch up on a missed class. Recordings are shared only with the families in that class, and only for 30 days. We ask families not to share recordings or class materials outside their family.
Can strangers contact my child?
No. There is no public chat in our classes, children do not create accounts, and there are no ads. Class links are sent to parents on WhatsApp before each class, not to children.
What information do you collect about my child?
Only what we need to teach them, and only from a parent or guardian. When you book a demo, we ask for your child’s first name and age group. Once your child joins, we keep attendance, progress notes from the trainer and class recordings. We keep demo booking details for 5 days, and enrolled families’ details only while the child is enrolled.
How are payments handled?
Online payments go through Razorpay, which collects your card, UPI or bank details directly. Little Lingos never sees or stores them. Razorpay shares only your name, contact details and the payment status with us.
What can I do as a parent?
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child, or to stop contacting you. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and respect the same rights for families in other countries. We only contact you about your child’s classes and never send marketing messages unless you ask.

Do you send marketing messages?
No. We only contact you about your child’s classes, unless you ask us to send more.
